Fast Twitch Fitness and Performance are the premiere personal trainers in the areas of Downtown Tampa, Tampa Bay and Apollo Beach, Florida.
The Fast Twitch goal is simple - to get you in the best shape of your life - period. Their priority is your safety. Their main product is accountability.
Fast Twitch's main trainer and company owner, Francois Tort, is a former Sergeant of US Marines and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. His belief is that you are INFINITELY stronger than you know. You can not only lose that pesky 20 pounds you've been trying to shed for the last 5 - 10 years, you can also dramatically improve your strength, muscular endurance / stamina, health and overall quality of life to levels you haven't even begun to dream about.
Fast Twitch is using their new website to educate people on the benefits of fitness training! They're getting the word out that you're never too old, never too overweight, never too out-of-shape to start fitness training. With a Fast Twitch trainer at your side, you'll make tremendous strides. (Actually this blogger knows this to be true. MickeyM619 has been training with Fast Twitch for five months. The progress is embarrassingly awesome!)
BrainChild Branding produced a beautifully-designed, user-friendly Robust Lite website for Fast Twitch Fitness Performance. Fast Twitch can now create as many pages on the website as they like. They can add sub-categories to each category. They can add any content to any web page they want: copy, images, video, PDFs, MPEGs, Word docs, etc. They can blog to their heart's content.
BrainChild Branding has begun a great branding campaign for Fast Twitch . . . you'll be hearing more about them in the near future!
If you want to ask Fast Twitch about their website, you can call them at 813.294.2836 or email Francois at Francois@FastTwitchFP.com.

A little known fact: what you name your images can have an impact on your ranking.
When search engines send robots (also known as "spiders") through your website looking for relevant keywords and key phrases, those robots also look at the names of each and every image. Bet ng>your competitor doesn't know that!
So, rather than call the image "picture02.jpg" it's much better to label the image in a way that includes your keywords.
For example, check out RoseLesniakDogTrainer.com. Rather than calling an image, "dog01.jpg", she labels a dog picture, "Dog-Training-Sit.jpg". By doing this she hits two of her keywords, "Dog," "Training" and "Sit". Most of the search engines will give her "credit," thereby increasing her chances of a higher ranking, when they see that those image keywords match the content of her website.
Make sure you separate those image keywords with a hyphen and not "DogTrainingSit.jpg."
A Second Secret:
Additionally, you'll want to fill in the box for Image ALT tag. An alt tag, short for alternate text tag, serves three purposes:
- It displays the description of the image (if a person hovers over it) in the event the image is missing.
- It helps a visually impaired reader who is using Screen Reader software to hear the alternative text instead of viewing the image.
- It can be keyword-enriched in order to rank higher with the search engines.
If you have a BrainChild Branding website, you may have noticed the Image ALT Tag box in the back end Admin Area of your website. (See image above.) We encourage you to populate that box whenever you add an image to your website.
In the case of the image above on Rose Lesniak Dog Trainer, the Alt tag reads, "This is a picture of a dog being trained to sit on command." As you can see, she hits two or three of her keywords, "Dog" "Trained" "Sit".
Get creative with both your image naming and your alt tags. She might have called her image, Puppy-Training-Miami.jpg, and created the Alt tag, "This is a picture of a dog being trained to sit on command in Miami, Florida."
In these days of heavy search engine marketing and vying for high placement for your website, these little things can add up to place you higher in ranking; helping convert those searchers into customers!
