Jennifer Smith is all about the “win/win”. A consummate networker, Jen loves putting people together for their mutual benefit. Whether it’s helping a customer find that perfect product or service, or helping a business to reach its target audience, there is always a thrill for her in making the match.
A renaissance girl at heart, Jen has been a lot of places and done a lot of things. With a scientific mind that led her to a Biology and Chemistry degree, and a creative soul that continues to lead to many amazing adventures, she loves living life with both a left and right brain.
From high school science teacher, team member on the Space Shuttle and Space Station programs, quality control chemist in a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant to a U.S. Army training mission in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to Community Relations Manager for Barnes & Noble and a cutting edge anti-aging medical practice, Jen is always committed to exquisite customer service and complete customer satisfaction.
Jen is a very active community volunteer including political campaign team leader, Taste of South Tampa Restaurant Committee Co-Chair, Tampa Bay Young Professional Awards: Awards Chairperson, South Tampa Young Leaders and Executives Toys for Tots Chairperson, founder of the South Tampa Wine Drinkers with a Reading Problem Book Club, and fundraiser/participant in many Breast Cancer 3-Day and Relay for Life Walks.

Jenn Cullen Dettmann
Account Executive
Jenn is one of BCB's Account Executive. She essentia
lly works for you. She has more than 18 years in advertising, PR, and
promotions, including experience exceeding the needs of the likes of
Macy's, Edward Jones, Subaru, Nordstrom's, Bang and Olufsen, Six Flags,
Planet Hollywood, Volvo/Saab, and countless others. She is also funny.
In fact, she's one of the only people we know that can make you giggle
when she does her "Aunt Sis" impersonation.
Jenn
enjoys life, travel, family, the arts and everything
advertising-related. Since early BrainChildhood, Jenn has pretended to
enjoy attending Superbowl parties just to have a front row seat to
drool over each year's most exciting commercials, while everyone else
focuses on restroom breaks.
Although she is always available
via email and/or phone, you will never see her, as she still spends
most of her time online reading about trends in marketing, demographic
buying habits, and interesting promotional challenges, solutions and
opportunities.
For Jenn, it's about how and who you're
reaching. It's about garnering a response. It's about generating
income. It's not about the size of your marketing budget, but the most
effective and lucrative ways to use it, all the way down to the
grassroots.
