Picture Submitted with the Last Work Order

Sep 28: They closed the work order and marked it finished.

Sep 29: I reopened a repair request with this dumbed-down image of everything needed to mark it complete.

At the same time, they have not made ANY effort to repair my and other occupied units' urgent, health-hazard problems with the plumbing and electricity.

Oct 3: Called Code EnforcementĀ  and lodged a complaint.

Oct 15: Code Enforcement came at 12 noon. He took one look and said he was going to write them up with 15 Days to 'Make Whole.' He advised me that he has dealt with this apartment complex before, and they will not fix it in 15 days, since the plumbing problem is well-known and is exactly the same in other units. FYI, he advised that they cannot work on renovations of other unoccupied units to increase profit instead of repairing serious plumbing or electrical issues in occupied units. I have both.

His next step will be write them up in 15 days for an additional 15 days grace.

Oct 21: In that time, they have worked on renovating 3 unoccupied buildings to get higher rent.

Nov 3 (approximately): After the 15-day grace period, Code Enforcement will file a suit against the apartment complex.
