Both Anastasia and Lamar live on the premises. It's difficult to reach anyone at the Property Management office. They claim they are on the property and away from the phone.
Please note that Anastasia is vindictive and will act quickly and with prejudice when we tell her I'm no longer paying rent.
She will have a 6-day eviction notice ready on the 2nd of November, and she will use the police to remove me physically. She did it to the 2nd-floor tenant, a woman with two babies three weeks ago. Even the officer was upset.
I'm going to go over to the Police station and advise the duty officer that I am fearful of repercussions. She won't do anything herself, but she will dispatch her boyfriends (aka drug dealers) who have previously threatened to air out my apartment. (That's street talk for shooting up my apartment.) That resulted from a complaint to the Property Manager before I understood they were her boyfriends/suppliers.
So, the police will be aware of the situation.
